Developing Teachers' Inquiries: Integrating CR&RP Principles in the Classroom

Over the past few years our teachers have been unpacking key principles that align with responsive pedagogy.

This was our inquiry/PGC and staff worked collaboratively on this new learning. We then aligned professional analysis conversations with particular aspects each teacher wanted to develop (their 'inquiry'). During this process we developed a rubric for each CR&RP principle; looks like, sounds like, feels like. We are now in the process of integrating CR&RP across areas of school life. One example of this is through the revitalisation of school values alongside community engagement and input.
