WORKSTREAMS

2025

Transition

Transition is our new workstream for 2025 and will weave across all other workstreams. Transition means lots of things to different people and the first steps for this workstream will be to narrow down the focus of what we as a Kāhui ako would like to achieve. We will be listening to schools about where support is needed in regards to transition, ideas of how we can collaborate and how we can improve the outcomes of our tamariki as they move through and accros our kura.
